Course Change S87R02
- Barriers along the path as we pass the RBG offices – you must run in single file for your own safety and that of pedestrians (see “RBG Offices” attachment).
- The usual course “B” necessitated by the cinema, meaning we follow the path to the left as our usual route is blocked off (see website, https://www.sydneycorporatecup.org.au/run-course/).
- Replacement of the fence along the cliff face north of the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool (see “Mrs Mac Chair” attachment). This means at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair we must take the “high” path on the right on the way out, keep on that until we reach the junction of the paths above the pool, but then zig-zag back in a sharp left then right to pick up our usual path to go past the pool itself. We will need to reverse this on the way back.
Note there are also light pole works in the same vicinity the as fence replacement so be prepared for possible narrowing of the path.
The fence replacement work is expected to last two to three weeks, so we anticipate this still being a factor in a fortnight.
