GENERAL BUSINESS
Congratulations to Andre BERTON of Veterans Affairs, who became the tenth person to reach the huge milestone of 450 runs. Andre is an original who ran in series 1, and has been in the Cup ever since, except for a 2 year break in 2011-12.
SYDNEY CORPORATE CUP POINTSCORE TROPHY
It was a warm day but much less humid, and there was a big jump in point scoring from run 1. Eight teams broke the 100 points barrier, led by State Treasury with 141 points. They were followed by GrainCorp Weevils with 131 and Reserve Bank Magic Milers with 130. State Treasury retain the overall lead. The total points scored in run 2 was 2,910.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
There were several very close matches in round 2 of the knockout (but thankfully no more draws!). Two matches were decided by just 1 point, with ABS Moving Averages pipping Commonwealth Bank Harriers 1 by 75-74 and MetLife edging Transport Trainers 60-59, while BT Dominators had a 3 point win over Macquarie Generals 71-68. ASX All Ordinaries won the three-way shoot-out with Commonwealth Bank Harriers 2 and BNP Flyers.
FASTEST TEAM COMPETITION
Reserve Bank Magic Milers had a big day in the fast teams with 10 points, followed by Telstra Tornados with 7 and Legal Eagles with 6. The Magic Milers have taken over the lead in this competition.

Nick ROBERTS of MetLife was again fastest man with 21.05, and Eliza DAVIDSON of Macquarie Nomads was again fastest woman with 24.40, 2½ minutes clear of the field. There were 74 fast runners in run 2, 63 males (17%) and 11 females (11%).

ABS Moving Averages were the only team with a full turnout of 15 runners, followed by Macquarie Nomads and Awesome Midday Pacers with 14. ABS Moving Averages have moved into the overall lead. The total turnout was 474 counting runners, 373 males and 101 females.
