GENERAL BUSINESS
Congratulations to Martin SMITH of State Treasury, who reached 350 runs in run 6, the 29th runner to do so.
The presentation for series 95 will be held in the Domain on Wednesday 6th November at 12:30pm. Team Captains with trophies from last series should arrange handing back of the trophies for engraving and presentation to the series 95 winners.
SYDNEY CORPORATE CUP POINTSCORE TROPHY
A warm spring day for run 6 saw a good turnout but lower than usual point scoring. Twelve teams broke the 100 point mark, led once again by Macquarie Nomads with another huge score of 191 points. They were followed by Macquarie Generals with 173 points and Rabobank Grasshoppers with 164. Macquarie Nomads have taken out the title by a margin of 170 points from Macquarie Generals, with Rabobank Grasshoppers in third place. The total points scored in run 6 was 3,645.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
Both the round 6 matches saw comprehensive results. In the knockout final Macquarie Nomads beat BT Dominators 191-61, while in the third place playoff Macquarie Generals beat PWC Fasttrack 173-69.
FASTEST TEAM COMPETITION
Legal Eagles had the best score of 10 points in run 6, ahead of Veterans Affairs with 6 and Rabobank Grasshoppers with 5, and are runaway winners of the overall competition.

Karl STACEY of Macquarie Generals was the fastest man with 21.00 and Eliza DAVIDSON of Macquarie Nomads was fastest woman with 24.35, 2½ minutes clear of the field. There were 76 fast runners in run 6, the highest of the series, 60 males (17%) and 16 females (17%).

THE MAT GARROD MEMORIAL TEAM REPRESENTATION TROPHY
Congratulations to ABS Moving Averages and Transport Trainers who had the best turnout in run 6 with 14 apiece, followed by three teams with 13. BT Dominators slipped with a 12 in run 6, but just managed to hold off the fast finishing ABS team to take out the overall competition. The total turnout in run 6 was 453 counting runners, 361 males and 92 females.

GARRY GOULD MEMORIAL TROPHY
The Garry Gould Memorial Trophy for the top point scorer in series 95 is a three way tie between Sam GLIDDON of Allianz Experience, Daniel HECKMANN of Suncorp and Nicola BROWN of CGU Champions, who all scored the maximum 150 points.
RON COOMBS MEMORIAL TROPHY
The Ron Coombs Memorial Trophy for the top point scorer of the opposite sex to the winner of the Garry Gould Memorial Trophy is shared by the same three runners.
CC AMATIL MOST IMPROVED TEAM
This competition ranks each team’s improvement in three areas over the last two series – point score, team representation and fast runs. As this is an encouragement award for teams who would not otherwise figure in the prize-giving, teams who win one of the other competitions are excluded from winning it.
The Most Improved Team Trophy for series 95 is won by APRA Standard Setters.
