It was a very warm day for run 5 and the total point score was well down, barely more than half the score from run 4. State Treasury were the only team to break the 100 points mark, scoring 144. They were followed by NRMA Insurance with 94 and ANZ Invincibles with 85. These three teams maintain the top three positions overall. The total points scored in run 5 was 1,423.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
In the semi-finals State Treasury beat ANZ Invincibles 144-85 while Ausgrid beat Awesome Midday Pacers 53-24. State Treasury and Ausgrid will meet in the final while ANZ Invincibles and Awesome Midday Pacers will play off for third place.

ABS Moving Averages, NRMA Insurance and State Treasury shared the best turnout of 14 runners apiece in run 5, followed by three other teams with 13 runners each. NRMA Insurance now have a two point lead going into the final round. The total turnout was 430 counting runners, 325 males and 105 females.
