Weather conditions were hotter than expected for run 5 but turnout was slightly up on the previous run. Four teams broke 100 points this time, led by State Treasury with 170, followed by Macquarie Nomads, with 163, Sydney Tax Pack, with 107, and Reserve Bank Magic Milers with 103. State Treasury’s points, the highest score so far this series saw them move up to second place in the top 3.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
There was one high scoring match in the knockout where both teams earned over 100 points. Macquarie Nomads defeated Reserve Bank Magic Milers, 163 to 103.
The next and final round contains Macquarie Nomads and State Treasury fighting out for first and second, and Westpac Trotters and Reserve Bank Magic Milers deciding third and fourth.
