GENERAL BUSINESS
Congratulations to Commonwealth Bank Harriers 1 captain Chang Hong, who became the 51st runner to reach 300 Corporate Cup runs. Chang joined the Cup in series 41 and has a PB of 25:05. Also a special mention for Roger Henderson of State Audit, who completed his 363rd run on his 80th birthday.
SYDNEY CORPORATE CUP POINTSCORE TROPHY
Conditions were good for run 3, mild with a light southerly breeze, and the total point score was the highest so far this series. Seven teams reached the 100 points mark, led again by Reserve Bank Magic Milers with 159 points, followed by State Treasury with 139 and JPM Jets with 138. The Magic Milers extend their early lead while State Treasury leapfrog into second place. The total points scored in run 3 was 2,602.

RABOBANK KNOCKOUT TROPHY
There were a couple of very close matches in the knockout. The closest saw Commonwealth Bank Harriers 2 edge Transport Trainers by a single point 33-32, while Veterans Affairs pipped ABS Moving Averages 92-83. The two Reserve Bank teams were up against each other, with the Magic Milers prevailing 159-106 over the Midday Milers.
FASTEST TEAM COMPETITION
Reserve Bank Magic Milers had another outstanding score of 10 fast runs and are running away with this competition. Telstra Tornados were next best with 7, followed by Legal Eagles with 6. The Magic Milers extend their overall lead to 7.

Andrew LEE of Veterans Affairs was again fastest man with 20.55, while Cathy LIU of Reserve Bank Magic Milers was fastest woman with 24.50. There were 57 fast runners in run 3, 48 males (20%) and 9 females (14%).

Total registrations have now increased to 475. Reserve Bank Magic Milers and State Treasury had the best turnout in run 3 with 14 runners apiece, followed by Reserve Bank Midday Milers with 13. Reserve Bank Midday Milers retain a narrow overall lead. The total turnout was 302 counting runners, 239 males and 63 females.
